| Core modules applicable for all Management Traineeship programmes Your programme will include a number of core modules that form the foundation of working effectively within a hotel operation. These include those areas with which you will have to effectively interact in the future. The program is designed so that you receive an introduction to all divisions of a hotel as part of their programme. For example, a Management Traineeship in Human Resources should include exposure to Food and Beverage, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Rooms, and POMEC. As a guideline, about 10% to 20% of the total time of your Traineeship should be allocated to working in associated areas and 80% to 90% in the area of specialisation. | |
