About the Role:

An exciting role has arisen for a Doctor in the Talise Spa at the Madinat Jumeirah Resort and the key duties are as follows:

  • Perform all aspect of appropriate patient care like physical examinations, record physical findings, and formulate treatment plans and prognosis.
  • Perform screening test as indicated.
  • Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests, identify and assess patient's clinical problems and health care needs.
  • Evaluate patients base on findings, write medical orders and prescription for patients.
  • Document all aspects of patient care in a timely and appropriate manner using our web-based electronic medical record system.
  • Provide the appropriate patient education and treatment instructions.
About You:

In order to be considered for the role, you must have completed a Degree in Medicine from an accredited University, holds a Board certification, and possess a valid medical license to practice in country of residence and eligible for DOHMS License.  A registered General Practioner/Doctor of Medicine holding a qualification in other alternative or integrative medicines like homeopathy, iridology, natural medicine, etc.; qualification in diagnostic equipment and methods is essential.

You will have gained minimum of 4 years of previous active practice in diagnosing and prescribing involving both alternative and integrative medicines; minimum 10 years of previous work experience with solid track records and strong references preferably in integrative wellness environment in well-renowned institutions in the overseas.

Proficiency in computer software systems such as MS Office and Private Practice Management Software is essential as well as excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.  Knowledge of Arabic, Russian or other languages is desirable.
